Under the leadership of the founder, Yog devotee Dr. Sunderlal Dak, and his team individuals are encouraged to practice yog, asana, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to stay fit, healthy, and disease-free for the Nation and the rest of the World.
To persons like Dr. Sundar Lal Dak goes the credit of introducing yoga in its way broader sense to the city of Udaipur when back in 1975, yoga was generally considered to consist of just a few ‘asanas’ and ‘pranayam’.
In 1975 was laid the foundation of Yoga Seva Samiti by Dr. Dak who was its founder Director. Born at Udaipur in 1949, he got inspiration from his grandmother who had keen interest in yog and ‘prayanam’. His father gave him a lot of knowledge about home remedies and medicinal qualities of herbal plants.
To equip himself fully to serve the society by imparting the principles and practical aspects of yog and to look after their health with the help of herbs, Dr. Dak undertook several courses and trainings given by various colleges in different parts of the country that included Diploma in Yog Course from Central Research Institute of Yog, New Delhi (1971), Certificate in Yoga Education from G.S. College of Yoga, Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, Pune (1979). For making himself a really efficient yoga teacher, he stayed at Shivanand Ashram, Rishikesh, Vivekanand Kendra.

At 45 years old, his dream is to establish Y.S.S.A.R.C. centers worldwide. He has twice been awarded the title of Mr. Sukhadia University and has competed in two National Championships.
His father, Mr. Mahendra Singh Munot, passed away in 2019 during the pandemic, and Dr. S.L. Dak remains his role model. Under their guidance, he continues his mission to heal through yog practices.
